Education Counselor
Counseling
Guide students and parents through the college admission process. Provide personalised advice on college selection, course choices, and application strategies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Education or Psychology preferred)
- 1–3 years of experience in education counseling or student advisory roles
- Strong knowledge of Indian college admission processes (JEE, NEET, CAT, CLAT, etc.)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Hindi and English; Bengali is a plus
Content Writer — Education
Content
Create accurate, engaging, and SEO-optimised content about colleges, courses, exams, and career paths for our platform and blog.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, or related field
- Strong writing and research skills
- Knowledge of Indian higher education landscape
- Basic understanding of SEO best practices
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple assignments
Digital Marketing Executive
Marketing
Drive student acquisition through SEO, social media, paid campaigns, and email marketing. Analyse performance and optimise campaigns for growth.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and SEO tools
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset
- Experience in the education sector is a plus
Frontend Developer
Technology
Build and improve the CollegeAdda web platform. Work on college discovery features, search, comparison tools, and user experience improvements.
Requirements:
- Strong proficiency in React, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS
- 2+ years of frontend development experience
- Experience with REST APIs and modern build tools (Vite)
- Eye for design and attention to detail
- Familiarity with SEO best practices for web applications
